Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
I have heard they will go away. I have them on and off, but today is a good day because I dont have any.
Try drinking LOTS of water!

Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
I agree... try drinking a lot.... go for 3 liters a day if you can.... your need for water skyrockets when you're pregnant

Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
My cousin suffered before her pregnancy and was MISERABLE for the first few weeks - at her first visit, the Dr. told her to drink a ton of water, her migranes suddenly disappeared. -
She doesn't get them anymore (post babies) either !!

Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
I also get migraines almost every day. I got them frequently (10+ a month) before.
What has helped me is pre-natal massage. It is expensive, but I go weekly and I have seen a decrease in my headaches. Mine aren't "typical" migraines - the pain is in the neck and shoulders.
FYI : I am 15 weeks and hoping with the second trimester THEY GO AWAY!!!

Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
I had a headache that lasted around 3-4 weeks - probably started around 9, was the worst at about 12, and was gone around 13 weeks. My Dr. said its the hormones. She said to try caffeine - maybe ask your dr. about that.

Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
I had them at the beginning too, stay hydrated, drink LOTS of water, that helped me a lot! They went away after a couple of weeks of them

Re: i have a migraine every freaking day
i've been getting headaches pretty often. esp. if i am out in the sun- even though i try to stay in the shade...
the sun wipes me out and leaves me with a headache
