I have a peanut for a son - 1 yr ped visit today...
Andrew went today for his 1 yr check up.
Height - 28 3/4 Weight - 18 1/4
He is still in he 5th percentile. The ped said not to worry because he is in proportion but he is just going to be a petite buy.
And they still heard wheezing and there is still water in his ears. I bring him back in 2 weeks to check again.

He is doing just fine! Jack actually fell off the weight charts at about a year old because he is a tooth pick! But he is growing against his own growth chart and that is all that matters.

Nothing wrong with being a peanut when he is so cute!
My DD is a moose. She was 23-1/2 lbs at 1 year.

I'm not sure there's even a place for my DD on the charts. At 1 yr she is 27" and 15lbs. My DH and I started calling her "The Peanut" at our first ultrasound at 8.5 weeks. To this day we still refer to her as "Peanut" and it totally fits her!

Both my girls are small for their ages. As long as they're eating its fine.

My ped said the same as yours, not to worry about the numbers but how much they grew :)
Your peanut is bigger than my peanut
At gianna's 1 year appt she weighed 18lbs 12oz's and 28 1/4 inches long
