I have a rash on my belly!

About an hour ago, the top of my belly started itching like crazy. I didn't think anything of it until I took my top of when I was getting ready for bed.

I have what looks like a prickly heat rash all over my belly.

Has anyone ever had this before? I put some witch hazel on a cotton ball and rubbed it on, but its not helping the itch at all. Should I call my doc tomorrow if it's no better in the morning?

Give your OB a call in the morning. It could be the start of Pupps.

I would absolutely call your OB in the morning because it may be PUPPS.

Thanks girls - that was the first thing that popped into my mind - I googled it and saw that it usually starts in the stretch marks - mine is just on the top of my belly where there are no marks at all.

I'll definitely give him a call in the AM.

In the meantime, is there anything I can do for the itching? Can I take a Benadryl? Will that stop me from scratching my skin off?

I took Benadryl for some bug bites that I couldn't stop scratching last week. I'm pretty sure that's okay but I'm not sure about cortisone cream, you might have to check with your OB on that one.

Oh no! Feel better V! Can you use Calamine lotion?

Just called the doc - they said to use Benadryl lotion on it.

It's not as firey red as it was last night, but it still itches really badly.

It's teeny tiny little bumps and my belly looks very porous. Gross.
