I have a SILLY ?????? Dont laugh!
Is it okay if we have ice tea! Just a little not like a huge glass?????(to be specific Dairy Barn Ice tea) TIA

you can have iced tea... in moderation. 
I actually get the 4 C's iced tea mix from BJ's. It's decaffeinated and it tastes just like the regular.

Totally fine. As long as you don't chase it w/ 3 cups of coffee and 2 bottles of soda, you are a-okay. A little caffeine won't kill you.

I drink Ice Tea all of the time. I personally never had any problems. I'm terrible because I have not modified my diet one bit and I am 39w5d. You should be fine. Try Decaf Iced Tea or DeCaf Green Tea - both good substitutes.

I drink Decaf regular 4C Ice tea with dinner every night. I made it my treat. By dinner i am SO sick of plain water.

omg! why did I not think that iced tea has caffeine in it! I have been drinking it like crazy!
I usually have a 20oz at work, the a glass or two at home at night. Its the only thing I can handle drinking.
I will try the decaf kind.
