I have a stupid question re: special orders and using BRU coupons
I have a 20% off coupon and a 30% off coupon for BRU. DH and I are going to look at furniture (crib and dresser).
The coupons exclude special orders and phone orders. What exactly do they mean by special order? Does that mean any furniture order, or just anything that's not in stock in their warehouse?
TIA, I know it's dumb, but I've only ever ordered this kind of stuff online

I think its special order to spec type stuff.
I used a coupon when i ordered my glider and ottoman and had no problem. They didnt have it it stock had to get it shipped from another store.
Guess you could call up the store and ask ??? *shrug* Sorry that's all i know.
