I have an MRI today
Because my RE saw a cyst on my ovary during both ultrasounds. She said it's still very, very small and isn't too concerned about it, but I'm still nervous all the same. I know I shouldn't be, but I am - I'm really starting to get sick of all this poking and prodding, and all these little suprises that keep popping up that make me even more worried. Sometimes I just wish I were living that nice little blissful life of ignorance again.

good luck!!!! i hope it is nothing!!! is the dr just looking for other cysts and thats why she ordered an MRI? i wonder if they can see your tubes and uterus and see blockages from an MRI?

I'm not sure if they can, but she told me she ordered the MRI so she can get a better look at that cyst and make sure it's nothing significant - she poked around a lot with the ultrasound and didn't find anything else, so here's to hoping that the MRI doesn't detect any other cysts, nodules or lumps!

Good Luck. Cysts are very common and usually go away on their own.

good luck. and get used to the poking and proding, there sure isn't any modesty left while struggling with infertility. I can't tell you how many people have taken looks and prodded around down there (TMI). I was someone who hated to go to the gyno, now I would enjoy going just once a year and look forward to it.
I hope your cyst goes away soon.

I couldn't agree more....I can no longer count how many people have been "there"
Good luck...it should go away on it's own.
