i have new motivation.... now, HELP!!!!
last year, i started working on my weight... a little
with the divorce, i started again... SLOWLY.
today, i am back to the weight i was on my wedding day!! woo hoo!
i'm still heavy, but i'm feeling awful cute today. i'm wearing the top i wore to my bridal shower... that i couldn't fit in for the longest.
ok, here is where it gets interesting: last night i was invited to a wedding in july. i would love nothing more than to look hot for that wedding.
since i've been working so slowly on this... i, now, would love to speed things up. how do you ladies give yourself a kick in the pants to get it revved up??

that place is CRAZY!! but i love what i'm reading!!
not sure i can do the e-training, but love the exercises i see. granted, i'm going to have to do a baby-version to get started.

What are you doing to lose weight now? This will help us give you suggestions about how to step it up I swear by weight watchers. It taught me so much about food and how to balance what I wanted to eat with what was healthy. If you're not already involved you might consider it. Exercise helps a lot. Find something you love doing and go with that- biking, yoga, classes at the gym, walking... Good luck! It sounds like you are already doing great! Having a goal in mind will help a lot too!
