UPDATE- OMG guys- I just got back and you are all so sweet
Jake is ok- the car is totaled- I will post pics when I upload them- you wouldn't even believe he lived and with out a scratch on him
no more mustangs for a while
I am so glad to hear that he is okay

How did the accident happen? 
My dh Totalled his brand new car. We all couldn't believe he walked out alive!
he just lost control of the car on some black ice- it happened so quick - before he new it he was getting pulled out by the police
everyone was saying he's alive!
when we went to look at the car- the guy at the tow place was like- who was driving? not one of you too?
he couldn't believe it- and neither can I
the roof was crushed around his head
OMG Beth!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad hes safe and sound

even he doesn't want another one- at first he did- but when he saw the car yesterday- he said he will be happy to drive his SUV for a while
and that he is kind of happy it's gone b/c the payment was $$$$$$$ and we should use that money towards the house
(I was alittle surprised at that statement- very mature- esp. for him)
