I have to go to work on Thursday for a meeting

I was a little excited about going when they first asked me last month but now I don't want to. It's going to be a hassle. I am going to have to wake up at the crack of dawn, get the baby ready, drive to my mom's in Bayside which could take an hour in traffic and then take the LIRR from there. Then do the same thing going home. The only reason I am not having my mom come here is bc I feel bad about her having to get up so early to come here.

Why did I agree to this? I "officially" go back to work on 1/15. I guess this will give me a little taste of what it will be like.

awww that *****. but sometimes I just want to do stuff like that to regain my sanity from being home all the time
