I have to stop crying at work.

Dr just left a message on my phone about my BFN and I just lost it. What do you do to keep it together at work at times like these.

I am so sorry about your BFN.

This probably won't much, because I go into the bathroom and let it all out. Once I am done I pull myself together tell myself that there is still hope and next month will be another chance and go back to my desk. I usually feel better afterwards, not 100%, but better. If I hold it in, it hurts even more.

I've had my moments at work... One time I actually cried right in front of my students!!!! A woman in the building walked right in with sono pics of her grandchild and (since all sonos look alike) it reminded me of MY sonos from my first baby I lost it right there... It was SOOOOOO awkward Oh- and then I was given a whole speech by the woman who worked in my room that I can't react that way and I have to be happy for other people if I want good things to come for me too Yea ok lady. I hate being told how to grieve.


Anyway.. sorry for that mini rant.. but just know you're not alone, and we all have our moments I'm sorry for your BFN. I know how badly it stings. I was actually JUST telling my dh last night that after everything we've been through, some of my worst memories are crawling back into bed after a stark white test window.

im so so sorry it was negative.
i really dont have any advice since i cant seem to hold it together either. I was late to work today because I was crying after DH gave me lovenox. (daily occurence )

The only thing I can say is once you pull yourself together, try to use work to distract yourself! Hope you feel better soon!

Im sorry about your negative. I dont think I can give much advice about holding it together at work. When I found out my beta was not doubling, I cried at my desk for a lOng time. My boss actually came up to me and suggested I go take a long walk I eventually explained our situation and he was very understanding. Now- when I get bad news, I usually go take a walk outside and let it all out.
