I have to take Stinky (Oscar) to the vet...
on Wednesday. He's my cat (show in the avatar) and he's walking around with one eye closed. The earliest they had for me to come after work was Wednesday. He's got gook coming out of his eye and they told me to use warm compresses on it. Does this sound normal to anyone? Anyone have ANY idea how I'm supposed to hold him down to do this?

If you wrap him in a towel.....this will prevent him from moving his feet & trying to escape....Just have his head exposed & everything else wrapped in the towel. Good luck!!!

Yeah....my kitty has drawn blood on more than one occasion......it takes skill to accomplish the towel trick---but it can be done! Promise
