I havent needed sleep advice in years - but Oh Lordy, I could use some now

DS is 3 and I swear, the last like 3 months or so its like having a newborn ALL over again. He is up like 3 times a night, comes walking into our room and wants to come to bed, go watch TV, or whatever. We dont let him in our bed if its before 6am. Then after waking up 3 times a night, he is up for the day at 5:30am!!!!

I swear, Im like a zombie, up 3 times a night, sometimes he goes right back to sleep, other times there is a tantrum bc he doesnt want to go back to his bed. Then up for the day at 5:30.

This morning he was up at 5:21, after waking up at 1 and 3, and I actually put him on the couch with the cars movie, a breakfast bar and milk and went back to bed. (and before you get all "judgey" my bedroom is off the den, so I was like 6 feet from him).

I dont know what to do!!!! He goes down at like 8:30, but then plays in bed, for like an hour before he actually falls asleep.

Im EXHAUSTED!!!!! What do I do?

WELCOME TO MY WORLD!!! I am guessing that it is just a phase that they are going through. Bradley hasn't been going to bed before 1030 and is up at least 2x a night then up for the day @ 600.

Is he taking naps during the day? He missed his yesterday and was out cold by 730 and slept until 6 when it was time for me to go to work....maybe less naps? I know that sucks b/c then they are so crabby, but if he sleeps through the night then maybe its worth it?
