I hiked up Kennesaw mountain...
this weekend for the first time. WOW...it was so much fun, beautiful and so peaceful! It was also a very humbling experience...I like to think I am in decent shape and there were times when I felt extremely fatigued and wished it would end!
It really is a great to do different workouts...I really see a difference in my body and strength!

When we lived in CA, we used to hike a lot and I was always amazed how physical it was getting up some places.
congratulations - It must have been a beuatiful view!

ITA with this!! It's so key to have a functional body, not one that just looks good, but can perform!
