I hope to be joining you ladies with DC #2 in the near future but for now I have a vitamin question.
We're TTC next month but what do you think is better to take for now - folic acid or prenatals? I'm assuming prenatals because they are full of extra vitamins.
With DC#1, I only took folic acid 2 months prior to TTC.

Def should take folic acid. but you can take prenatal vit bc it won't hurt you. What's the folio acid dose on prenatals? Give you ob/gyno call bc I think folio acid dose you need is different btwn trying and being pregnant

I THINK the folic acid is less in my prenatals than in my folic acid pills. 1mg in prenatals & 400mcg in my folic acid pills. I just left a message for my Dr.
