I invented a dish for Turkey/Chicken
Tonight I made DH turkey cutlets with corn flakes, balsamic vinagrette and taco shredded cheese. It sounds ridiculous but he loved it. Little does he know that I was just trying to get rid of stuff. 
4 cutlets (Turkey/Chicken whatever you choose)
Dip them one by one in the balsamic vinagrette, then roll on the corn flakes. Once you put it on the baking sheet, sprinkle on the taco cheese.
Bake for 20mins on 450 degrees
Tada "Fiesta Turkey/Chicken"

dh doesnt like balsamic, u think i could get away with regular vinegar?
