I just actually had a GREAT experience returning an item at BRU
I was given a pretty expensive gift at my shower that wasn't on my registry, and the actual one from my registry was purchased, so need to keep both. With no gift receipt and it not being a registry item, they just took it back no problem and gave me a store credit! I'm in shock!! I wnet there ready to fight and I had absolutely no problems at all! I explained my situation, they called over a manager and it was all done within 5 minutes! I guess if you catch a nice manager at the right time then all is good!  I'm so happy right now

Thats great! I had to return a few smaller things and they didnt give me a problem either.

same thing happened to me!!! i returned at least 6 outfits that i got as gifts today and they took back EVERYTHING...gave me a merchandise credit, i couldnt believe it..the asst manager did it, she was very nice!! Maybe theyre losing alot of customers??
