I just bought my first pair of capris! Now, I have a shoe question.
I thought the capris craze would pass but it hasn't so I broke down and bought a pair. They are black, fitted, and hit mid calf. I think they look really nice with a red, peep toe, slingback high heel (about a 3 1/2 inch heel). Is that a no no?

Capris are def not a phase. They are here to stay girl. I love them.
I think the red shoe idea is great. Capris work with almost any type of shoe with the exception of sneakers & mules.... OoOF 
I would totally pair it with the red shoes & a red top.

Yeah, no sneakers and I find some flats aren't flattering with capris (no pun intended ). But sandals, heels, flip flops (usually fancier than sporty) all go well.

I wear all my capris with ballet flats or sandals
