I just got a resume from.......
someone who was born in 1990. He actually had quite a bit of experience to list. I looked at his resume and said, "oh, cool, we went to the same HS." Then I realized that I graduated before he was born. I am getting so many resumes from young people. Many of them have some *** kicking computer skills and can program in several languages.

I asked for school transcripts. In this case there was only a high school one b/c of his age. His date of birth was on it. I guess I should have explained that the information was in another part of his application.

No, wiseguy, my 20 year reunion is NOT coming up. It was 2 years ago!!!!!!!!!!! In a few weeks I will have a birthday that ends in a 0.

i dont think i had a resume when i was 18! but if i did, i dont think it was all that impressive. definitely didnt have any computer skills on it other than typing speed!
