I ordered it off the website. I didn’t pick any of the stones she had listed, I typed in the ‘special request’ box and asked for turquoise. The next day she sent me a picture of the completed necklace with the extra amount for choosing turquoise (it was $10 more) and she mailed it the day after that. I picked 'priority' from the post office for $6.95.

If a lot of LIFers are ordering them it may slow her down a day, though! Chat Icon

Also – one of the reasons I am so in love with it was I originally picked turquoise for my necklace. When she sent me the picture, I didn’t like it, I thought the stones would be more blue, but they were more green & brown. I e-mailed her and asked “Would it be possible to change to the blue lapis stones, or is it too late? I’ll pay extra if I need to” So she e-mailed back “No problem, would you like me to take a new picture for you before I mail it? There’s no extra charge” I just thought it was so awesome that it wasn’t this huge problem to change it for me. I guess in a day when customer service usually su(ks I was so impressed that she did that for me without complaining or charging more or anything.
