i just had the best "healthy" snack!
cut up cucumber cubes with cubed tomato tossed with ranch dressing....mmmm.....(my dh made it for me this morning so it "marinaded a little!)
wish it was blue cheese but i have to deal i guess....

Sounds good! My favorite lately has been sliced tomatoes with FF Italian dressing on them. Would be better with fresh mozzarella, but soon, oh so soon!
