No offense, but I don't think he really looks hot here. I love a man in uniform but I just go "ehh" when I look at his face. 
And I would say this if you told me this was a picture of Obama, McCain, Reagan, Clinton, Jefferson, Lincoln or Roosevelt.

What isn't to like? The thin tightly pursed lips? The sagging weak jaw line? The receding hair line? The overgrown eye brows? Come on, admit it. He makes you pant.
