I just start working out again
With a trainer 2 days a week and 2 days I do card...345298 years ago before my 2 kids I was always at the gym and was in great shape..it feels so great to back into the gym....I have a long long way to go...but ya have to start somewhere...anyway I feel great ..and also I noticed that my skin also looks better like a nice smooth glow....anyway..let's hope I stick with it..I'm done looking overweight!
