I just took a good look in the mirror...
and realized how truly awful I look.
Since DH and I moved back out east from the city, as a whole I've slept better and been more relaxed. We've taken care of ourselves more than we did in there... and traveling isn't as tough as it used to be. All and all I've felt pretty good since moving (except the months on all the meds, and OHSS). I look like complete garbage.  I have the WORST racoon eyes that I've EVER had I think. This must've really taken more of a toll on me than I realized.
Anyway, hopefully now that I'm starting to feel more optimistic, maybe in turn I'll sleep better and be more rested. My mom said I look like I've gone thru a war...

It is a WAR! This past cycle I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize myself. I had acne, was bloated, exhausted, and my arms were covered in bruises from all the blood work.

That's what I said to my mom too--- I responded to her comment w/ "I did"  Oh, I forgot to mention the bruises- my stomach looks like I took a beating, literally... 
And my lower back is SO SORE--- I VERY rarely get massages (maybe 3 or 4 in my lifetime so far). I am calling first thing tomorrow morning to see if they can see me b/c I'm in too much pain. And I didn't even trigger.... I guess it's just from the stress.
Though I have to say mentally I feel worse than after my 1st IUI, but physically i feel better........ except for this.

If you go get a massage. I got one at the SPA at East Wind in Wading River. I can go look for this guys card if you want. I had a great massage. Though DH points out that the money I spend on acupuncture could be a massage a week. I just need someone to link massage to IF and I'm there.
Right after my failed IVF I colored and chopped my hair. Started to wear makeup again. Though now my face is breaking out. Only good thing about the meds, the steroids cleared my skin up beautifully (sadly only temporarily). I also went shopping bought new clothe (I don't know about the rest of you but I have been going 2 years without buying anything b/c I'm TTC).
While you are getting your massage, get a facial too. Why not have a lovely glow. Wait...I want to go too.
