I KNEW it would be a bad day to go to work!
I was pondering whether or not to come in for over an hour afterwhich I decided to come in because I didn't want to use another sick day.
Managed to make it to the car without breaking my neck (DH was driving me to work in downtown NYC) and as he drops me off in front of my job a freaking snow plow hits us because he was speeding in reverse  I was halfway out of the car when it happened and my poor DH's first response was to see if I was OK (I was).
The driver of the plow gets out and when he saw me and my belly he looked so worried and upset and just kept saying I am so sorry I didn't see you..... Anyway I am fine and the car is fine. BUT I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE STAYED HOME TODAY.
