I know cold cuts are warned against, but...
does that rule out Quizno's?
They're not totally cold cuts...they are heated up, but not sure if it's considered 'cooked.'

Yes, do not eat Quiznos or Subway at all! When I was pregnant I saw on their website that pregnant women should not eat there!
You are safer buying from a reputable deli and heating in microwave until steaming before eating.

ITA. Those are the cold cuts that they specifically caution against. Those cold cuts sit out and obtain all kinds of bacterias. While I do eat cold cuts, I only eat Boar's Head from a reputable place.

I ate cold cuts throughout my pregnancy but only boars head from a reputable place where there is a large customer base so the food doesn't sit out. Then I microwaved it before using it.

I eat ALL coldcuts but I don't eat from subway or quiznos or a place that has pre-sliced meats already. The meat is sliced way in advanced and can sit there for a few days and is more susceptible to grow bacteria.
I get my coldcuts from a reputable deli that cuts everythign fresh

oops! I have eaten at Subway and Panera Bread many many times this pregnancy. I assumed that bc the coldcuts are heated it is okay. I have never gone on the website, and I have never heard that from anyone until now.

now blimpe is not the same as subway/quiznos/panera...
blimpe they actually take the meat out and slice it in front of you when you order it... and you can then have them nuke the meat- then toast the sandwich... thats what i do
