I know I shouldn't complain but...
His cranky days are few and far between, but when he's cranky - holy cow! He doesn't cry for hours on end but he's SO fussy! When he eats (BF) he shakes his head all over the place and won't latch on and his sleep is SO restless! He crys in his sleep, he tosses and turns and just seems so unhappy...any ideas why?? I'm watching my diet and eating as BLAND as possible - I don't know what gets him like this!

Re: I know I shouldn't complain but...
Danielle - read my other post - I was having the SAME problem with Alex. Most days she's a perfect little angel, but every once in a while she would have AWFUL days, like yesterday, where she would fuss and cry for hours, always starting about 30 minutes after eating... I figured out she's gassy and put her down on her left side and the crankiness is GONE! If it's not gas, and she's just fussy because she's overstimulated, overtired, or whatever, I use the principles from the happiest baby on the block (swaddle, shush, pacifier and jiggle a little) and it works like a charm. It knocks her out within seconds...

I just worry about him eating so agitated...he freaks out at my breast and then he gets the hiccups and won't burp and it's a vicious cycle!
