I know its an old wives tale, but..

I refuse to put DS to bed with a wet head. DH just laughed at me b/c our night time schedule got messed up and DS just got a bath and now I'm waiting for his hair to dry (He is afraid of the blowdryer) to put him to bed.

Anyone like me?

Me!! I always blow dry DD's hair. My mom always said not to go to bed with a wet head so I guess it carried over!

I won't put them to bed with a wet head, even though I go to bed with a wet head. But not my children!

I dont put my DC to bed with wet heads either but I never knew there was an old wives tales about it.

Jack goes to bed about 30 mins after his bath, so his hair is about 90% dry at that point!

Oops! I put Lily to bed with a wet head every night.
But I go to bed with my hair wet also, so that's my defense!

I put DD to bed with a wet head whenever she takes a bath. Never occurred to me that this was a bad thing! (her hair dries in like 5 mins though!)

No wet head here. Old wives tale or not, Ryan goes to bed with his hair dry.

Always dry. Not because I don't want him to go to bed with a wet head but because of what his hair would look like when he woke up

DS does go to bed with a wet head because he does not go to bed right after his bath.

And that would mess up him hair too much.

I blow dry her hair now.. she gets a bath so close to bedtime and her pillow would be wet.

(I also tell her she'll get sick if I dont )

mine is sent to bed with wet hair....however, since he gets up for the a couple of hours after that, he is never actually asleep with wet hair.

I am the same way-I'll let DD stay up longer if I gave her a late bath. Silly, I realize, but whatever-I'm the mom so I get to be crazy every now and then.
