I know I've asked before...
Does anyone know good areas in CT?? DH and I have been looking for a good area that is affordable. We are waiting for me to find a job, right now I am currently trying to get a leave from my job.. but I am not sure how long that will take. I have to work next year... so we are exploring all of our options at this point.Any feedback or recommendations would be so appreciated!!! TIA

Danbury is pretty nice and affordable. We thought about buying there, but it was about 10 minutes too far (I already commute an hour from Brewster to the Bronx)

There are a lot of good areas in CT. The further inland you go (and the further away you are from NYC and the "big" CT cities), the cheaper it will be. I've been living in CT for 5 years and DH is from CT. Let me know what area you're looking, and I'd be glad to help out.
