I know nuts are a no-no but what about seeds? Like sunflower or flax?
I accidentally bought bread filled with seeds - sunflower and flaxseeds specifically. DS is 13 mos old - can he have seeds or are they on the "no" list like nuts? TIA!

I don't only b.c I thought they were a choking hazard I have no idea if they are okay or not.

Know I know what you mean about the bread but since I never give her seeds I never thought about whether she could have them in bread etc. I get her plain whole wheat bread so it hasn't been an issue for us.
