I know some were wondering about tuna fish
Daycare gave it to Sydney yesterday for the first time and today she is covered in hives. The doctor said that a lot of kids react to it but doesnt mean that she is allergic. He advised us to hold off for a few months and then try it again.

Re: I know some were wondering about tuna fish
Emily has had the same reaction with peanuts. We accidentally gave her a cookie that had PB in it when she was around 9 months.
I told the doctor and she said to hold off on PB products until she is 3 or 4 and that she might not be allergic, just was too young to handle it.
Hopefully that's the same situation with you guys! Are the hives any better now?

Thanks for the support - I just need to keep her healthy so she can still have her surgery next Wednesday.
