I figure there must be a decent amount of us that will be eating tuna fish on Fridays in lent. What do you mix in with it?

I usually throw in some chopped onion, celery if I have it. One time my mom tossed some chopped apple in, it was really good!

Chopped celery, red onion, salt, peper and always fresh squeezed lemon juice - it makes such a difference!

Re: What do you add into your tuna fish?

Thank you! I was racking my brain for lunch ideas... I'm stranded at home with no car, so this is what i"m making.

I usually add onions, mayo, celery and a dash of mustard. Oh, salt and pepper to taste.

Yes, this is good, kind of like tartar sauce on tuna. Sometimes I'll just do tuna & mayo, other times tuna, red onion, sometimes celery, and lemon juice.

I ONLY buy Albacore solid white. I chop up 2 cans in the mini chopper so it's really fine. then I chop up 1 1/2 celery stalks. I add fresh pepper, light mayo and lemon juice and mix it all up. it is so good! Chat Icon DH loves it.
