I know they say to start with cereal
I started with oatmeal. The rice constipated her. I didnt move onto barley yet but today I tried sweet potatoes bc she just loves everything. Is that okay or not really? Being that she has this cold I figured some healthy food might make her feel better. Did I make a mistake or is this okay? (3.5 months)

All rules go out the window when they're sick! They get so finnicky that I say anything they'll eat or drink is better than nothing!

I feel like I am so far behind! Leah's doc said no foods until 4-5 months. Sounds like you are on the right track!

Don't worry Maddie didn't have any solids at all until she was almost 6mths.
