I know this does not belong here but can I share my accomplishment?
I started WW in early Feb with Crankypants. I have been sticking with it and as of Sunday, I am down 29 lbs  I am losing it slowly (.5-3lbs a week) but I am feeling SO great. I had the woman at the gas station that I go to all the time tell me this morning how good I look and it just makes me 
trust me when I say, if I can do it, anyone can. I know it is terribly cliche (sp) but it is true. I had an unhealthy obsession with food but now, I watch what I eat and more importantly, how much I eat and it is paying off
now to get back to the gym so I am not too flabby when I get down to my goal weight - I have about 50 lbs to go

That is fantastic! I had week 2 W.In yesterday and I will say, it works!
I have a lot to lose, but, I am glad I am finally doing something about it!
You should be VERY VERY VERY PROUD!
That is a GREAT accomplishment!

I still have my books from years ago when I did it at my office with some co-workers....

I go to the meeting which I think makes a HUGE difference. It keeps me motivated and accountable
