I know this has been asked numerous times
but do you check what you wrote before you reply to a post????
I mean a little proofreading would be nice 
I just read a post and I just got a headache from trying to figure out what this person just wrote.

You mean for "your reply" not "you reply", right? 
I'll admit I am a horrible typist and transpose letters all the time, sometimes I go back and edit, other times I don't worry about it.

Wouldn't it?  
ETA -- This reminds me of a time I posted on a horse-related message board about the benefits of feeding oil to my horses...
I believe I wrote: "My horse started on corn oil about 6 months ago and his goat is gorgeous." 
I meant to say coat. It made for many laughs.
I generally don't proofread too closely unless I'm trying to make a really complicated point or word something particularly carefully... Honestly, it's an internet BB. I don't get too caught up in proofreading, punctuation, spelling, grammar, etc. As long as I can get the gist, I'm fine... If I can't, I probably ignore. it.

Punctuation-wise - yes. I cannot read run-on sentences. If I have to decipher a post- I skip. It makes me dizzy.
Spelling - not really...

I am not even going to point it out. . . it is just too easy!!!
I try to spell correctly and use correct grammar and all of that but its just a MB no big deal if someone has a typo ( or two )

if i write more then a sentence or 2 I do. I usually re-read it though after its been posted, and then edit it, if I made a mistake
