I know Tylenol is safe to take but....
What about Tylenol cold? I am coming down with something, my throat hurts and I have cold symptoms.......

I just had a cold. My midwife said to take regular Tylenol and Afrin nose spray at night so I could sleep (she said only to take the nose spray at night and for no more than 3 days). Other than that she said to rest and drink lots of fluids. It worked. I'm pretty much over the cold.

I had a bad cold early in my pregnancy and the Dr. said I could take Tylenol Cold and Sinus. She also said I could take Benedryl for congestion. My Dr. seems pretty laid back with what medicines you can take, so if you're uncomfortable, just give your office a call andlet them tell you what's best.
