I know we talked about this a few weeks ago
But i got AF today and it is SOOOOO HEAVY... it took me two hours to go through a super tampon... that has never happened to me before...
the cramps are a lot lighter than last month tho... which is good...
and i forgot to bring my new box of Rasbperry Leaf to work today..

Yep- just another fun thing we get to have- super heavy periods

I thought I ws getting mine yesterday (sorry if TMI - wiped and saw some pink )
but it hasn't appeared yet.
Last month my period was SOOOO heavy -
at least your cramps aren't too bad!

Mine were heavier and more cramps too... for the next few cycles. I'd say at least 3 cycles... maybe even 4.
