Things I've dipped:
Strawberries
Marshmallows
Pretzels
And Frosted Flakes...sooooooooo good!!!
Take frosted flakes, throw into a bowl of melted chocolate. Spoon out in clumps, put on waxed paper.
Chill in fridge for 20 minutes.
Sooooooooooooo good!

Just make sure that whatever you dip is dry. Water and chocolate don't mix.... 
Almost anything.... pretty much any fruit that can stand up to being dipped.
