I lost 2 pounds this week and wanted to share my exercise plan..
So after a bunch of weeks of .4 losses, i decided to mix up my workout.
I run one day and the next i do incline walking. I decided to give it a try after reading about it.
I basically put the treadmill at a very steep incline (13) and walk for 35 minutes. It burns so many calories and really gets your heartrate up.
On the days i run i added 5 minutes to my run and made a goal for myself. I was able to do 4 miles in 34 minutes!
I don't know if that is what caused my body to let go of some weight, but i was so happy this morning. I just FEEL lighter, it's weird. Diet is the same, no changes. It is not possible for me to cut calories, i stay at about 29 points/day and that is where i feel satisfied.

Re: I lost 2 pounds this week and wanted to share my exercise plan..
I have to do the same thing when I wasn't losing weight for 2 weeks. Now, I do one day all cardio (treadmill for 30 mins., bike for 20-25 mins), the next day treadmill for 30 mins and weights for about 30 mins. I do an incline of 11 on the treadmill and raise it up 1 every week. I also increase the weights about once a week or every other week when I feel like it is getting too easy.

How fast do you walk on the incline days? Right now I do power yoga for an hour every night and run 3-4 times a week. If I can get my 4 times in I can maintain my weight but 3 times I gain If I run to many days in a row I just get too tired. I am hoping walking will use different muscles. I can't drop calories either since I am at the min my body allows to still produce milk. Can you post where you read about this regimen. I would love more info on it

I honestly don't know the website! I was googling things about alternatives to running and a fitness site popped up and suggested high incline walking..it is supposed to incorporate a lot of muscles...I know i feel it in my legs/butt and abs..
I walk at a 4.2 pace..that seems to be the most comfortable for me at that incline. I do that 2 or 3 times a week, and then i do a run at a 7.0 pace 2 or 3 times a week for 35 minutes.
I ate a bunch this week too...i definitely never felt deprived and this morning i was down exactly 2 which was great for me.
good luck to you!! You sound like you're doing a lot of activity which is great but maybe just switching it up a tiny bit will kick your body into gear!

Thanks for the info I am going to try the incline for a couple weeks and see what happens :)
