OK the first time I didn't exactly lose it, but I thought I had so they overnighted a new one to me at no cost.

Then I got to NYC and guess what?? I took it out and put it into a small clutch to take with me to the museum. That, some small cash, my phone and my ID that's it.

Its gone. So I had to replace it again. But I couldn't report it until the hotel charge cleared first ($$$$) but they did it with no charge again I'll get it tomorrow.

They have been awesome.

I'm horribly embarrassed I've had them hand me two! Both previous accounts were closed and no additional charges have cleared other than the hotel.

They were super nice on the phone and honestly great service.

Kept my spending to Nil not having my credit card with me. LOL
