I love my job!
I just love it! I spent the better part of this week analyzing one of our cases that presents an entirely novel issue that hasn't yet been dealt with by any Court, and hasn't been presented to any office in our agency.
I did a ton of research and wrote up a memo of my findings, with my recommendation on how we should proceed, and just discussed it with the Chief Attorney, who agreed with my analysis and conclusions.
And, now, my decision will be set in writing, will reflect this Agency's standing on this particular issue, and will set precedent for this office and every other office in our Agency.
So cool! I never got to do this kind of stuff at my last job!
