I might be able to get rid of my swing with no probs @ BRU!!!!!!
Oh I am soooooooooooo happy!
I had registered for the FP Papasan swing for Kristina, and she utterly hates it. I can't get her in it for more than 3 minutes without screaming her head off.
So, every time we went to BRU, I would try putting her in one of the Graco swings, and wouldn't you know it.... She just chilled.... I mean seriously - it was ridiculous, and i would get mad watching her knowing that I had chosen the wrong swing... But who would know, right?
So, I called BRU today, and explained the situation. The girl @ the customer service desk told me to just bring it in (no box and all) and she would look at it just to make sure that it was in good/great condition and resellable - which it TOTALLY IS, and I would get a refund/store credit which I intend on using that day for the Graco one!
Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy BRU!!!!!!!!!!!

We had the rainforest one and DD never used it. Quite frankly, I think she may have been scared by all the stuff over her head. I wish they would take ours back.

That's great!
It's so funny how every baby is different!! Lily used her papasan swing every day for hours at a time up until she was 8 months old! Now we have a Grace one for her - and she won't sit in it for more than a few minutes!!

OMG... I wish Lori - I totally fell in love with it when I saw it, and saw the reviews that sooooooooo many babies loved it.... Leave it to my DD to hate it!  
I seriously think that the reason why she hates it is b/c she is a little nosey body already! If she can't see what's going on she gets PIS SED....  The fact that the papasan keeps her laying low - even in the upright position is where the problem is, and I think that's why she likes the Graco one more!

you are soooo lucky. DD hates her papasan swing so much, it drives me crazy. Im going to give it a few more weeks and keep trying, then Im selling it.

That's exactly what I was doing, and I told that to the woman at BRU.... I even tried selling it on Craigslist, and had ZERO responses even of interest! 
Try calling your BRU and see what they say.... It can't hurt to ask....

Thats great news Lisa!! I am so happy that BRU is taking it back for you!! Athan has really enjoyed his Graco swing recently... at first he wanted nothing to do with it but this last week it's been our lifesaver!! After a few swings, he just zonks out and goes to sleep.
