I need a boost, how can I get things moving again?
so I made the mistake of weighing myself today, and to my surprise, I have gained weight this week. How can I get myself back on track? Any tips on how to get things moving?

I had a gain last week which actually motivated to try and work harder this week. I was able to lose 1.5lbs. I added my stationary bike to my work out. I only did the bike about 3x last week, but, it has helped. It's hard to do it during the week, because, by the time I get DS bathed and in bed, I'm wiped.. I make sure I walk everyday. If it rains, I get myself on the bike. Don't let the gain make you stop. That used to be my problem. I'd be like "Oh well, gained a pound, so, I'll start Monday" I've been learning to let the gain make me work harder and not give up. I'm only down 6lbs (have A LOT more to go). You CAN do it! You have been doing FANTASTIC!!!!
