I need a great crandberry sauce recipe
Not make with the "mold" crandberry.
I guess from "fresh" crandberry.
Like a chutney but not too sweet and not too "mushy". Maybe with some orange/mandarine.
TIA

Re: I need a great crandberry sauce recipe
For each package of fresh cranberries (usually 12 oz) 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup frozen concentrated orange juice 1-1.5 cups sugar 4 Tablespoons vanilla
Bring everything to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 30-45 minutes. It should come together as a sauce as the berries "pop" and you stir. This is a recipe my family/co-workers beg me to make, LOL Enjoy!
ETA: If you want the berries to stay more whole (then mushy), don't stir too often and simmer for only 25-30 minutes.
