i need a tried and true pineapple upside down cake recipe
i'm birthday baking again.
i've been asked for a pineapple upside down cake.

I've never made it, but would google Epicurious, Bon Appetit or Saveur for a recipe.
Those are my go to sites.

This is what I use. I usually just follow the box but here is the recipe online.
It’s one of my favorite cakes!

I have a from scratch recipe, just have to find it. I LOOOOOOOVE Pineapple Upside Cake, it's one of my favorites!!

i decided to go with this recipe.
after a little family research, i was able to confirm that this is the recipe my mother used to make when i was a kid.
i had all the ingredients in the house. love having a stocked pantry... couponing to the rescue!
it was a hit.
i made it last night and brought it to work. it's 1218 and it's already half gone.

i know what you mean. it's taking all the strength i have to not keep going back and finishing it all off.
oh, when it was baking... it made the house smell ssssoooooo good!!
i'll be making this again!
