Our lawyer has been phenomenal. He did the closing on my DH's grandmother's home in SMithtown, her purchase in Setauket, and then her will and estate when she died, as well as he's doing the will and estate for DH's other grandmother who died this year suddenly with her properties in NY and FL. He's also doing our house closing at the end of the month. He's been fantastic to work with.
