I need help finding comfy, supportive sandals/flip flops!
We're going to Sea World this weekend with my sister ( ) and I need comfy sandals/flip flops to walk around in. I definitely can't wear sneakers since it's going to be 90 degrees and I can't deal with my feet being burning hot all day. Can you recommend a comfy, supportive pair of sandals that'll be good for a day of walking the park? Can't order online since we're leaving on Friday. THANKS!!!

I would go with Clarks or Ecco's. If you have an outlet by you I would check to see if they have either store there. The Ecco's are going to be $$ even at the outlet but will give you great support. Clarks will be less. My DH has flat feet and he has Clark flip flops but they have a regular shoe sole and his feet never hurt in them.

i think teva sandals are prob the best support/comfort for walking. certainly not the cutest, but I think the comfort will make up for that!

Re: I need help finding comfy, supportive sandals/flip flops!
my aunt had a pair of Crocs flip flops that she loved.
I used to have a cute pair of tevas (seriously they were!) and they were always really comfy!
My DH has a pair of timberlands that he really likes also. Not sure if they do womens?

I hate the regular crocs but the flip flop ones aren't bad and look comfy.
croc captiva
With teva's the straps would bother the heck out of me. I'm going to go to the mall tonight to Champs - they carry crocs and to Famous Footwear to check out those nike ones.
Thanks!

Honestly they are! The cushions on the soles give you so much support & keep your feet comfy all day. I wore them last weekend on an all day shopping adventure with DH & my feet never hurt! Kohls has similar ones by Adias I believe.

Re: I need help finding comfy, supportive sandals/flip flops!
Well a teva type sandal will probably have the best support but I find that they are bothering my feet these days. Honestly the most comfortable sandals that I have found that I can walk all day in and that work with my feet swelling are the crocs flip flops (I think they are called athenas or something like that) they are very comfortable and my feet usually hurt easily but I also wore them on our trip to disney and my feet never hurt the whole trip.

These? They are called Athens...
The thing is my feet are SO narrow and I usually have a hard time finding flip flops to begin with b/c the top is always too loose. How do these fit?

definitely try clarks for sandals....very supportive
or reefs, but try them on first b/c while comfy on the bottom some of the straps dig.

YES! Those are it - not the most attractive but for me and my swollen feet they fit perfectly. They carry the black ones at famous footwear - and I think you can probably try them on at a crocs stand at the mall.

I live in these. They are so comfortable. I have narrow feet too. I will warm you though, the bottom of Crocs get slippery when wet, so maybe not the best option for Sea World.
