I need lunch help
I am doing WW flex and didn't have time to make my lunch, any suggestions?

I make my lunch at work, because I really don't have time in the morning.
The oscar mayer shaved turkey is very low in points for I believe 6 slices which is 1 serving. I keep a package at work. I also keep a package of low fat swiss cheese and low fat mayo in the fridge as well as a loaf of light style whole wheat bread in my desk drawer. I run down to the cafeteria for some lettuce and tomato and make myself a very satisfying and low point turkey sandwich for lunch. I usually have a small side salad with it, or a cup of yogurt.
I try to stay away from the Progresso 0point soups and the frozen meals (LC, WW, etc..) due to the sodium.

What do you have nearby? You can get a slice of pizza, a turkey sammie, soup from au bon pain.....

I "think" I did ok, had a 6in roast beef sammie on whole wheat from subway, w/ veggies, no cheese and I used a packet of Kens fat free italian instead of mayo
