I NEED to get our apartment rented!!!
Anyone know anyone who needs a really nice 2BR apartment in Island Park?
We had a couple come who seemed interestd, and now they are going to wait....soooooo, back to the drawing board....

Did you advertise on Craigslist?
ETA- My friend advertised hers in Newsday and got TONS of calls.

We're on craigslist, Newsday may have to be next. We had a really nice couple interested too.....

I would list it in Newsday and then the town local paper or is it the clipper/pennysaver

I agree with the above posters.. we had a lot of luck with Craig's List-I say to give it time and see what happens..
