I need to share - DS had a big day today
DS surprised us all & ate a piece of pizza today at school with the help of his speech therapist. He doesn't eat many solid foods, just easier ones (avocado, pancakes, french toast and some others) cut up to a certain size and placed in his mouth a certain way, also needing a puree to "wash" it down. He actually chewed small pieces of the pizza and barely needed any puree at all today
Also, tonight after playing with a toy for 20 minutes, he signed and said "Aw Duh" (All Done). This is HUGE for him! He only says a few other things and signs a little more than that, so we are beyond excited!
Everytime he make progress I think of the Drs that told us he would be a vegetable or close to it. We are so proud  I constantly pray he continues to prove everyone wrong!

Amazing Denise - absolutely amazing  I love Ethan so much and am so proud of all that he has accomplished!!! Love that pic - he is so adorable!!!

You must be just  tonight!!! My DS is getting speech therapy right now and with every new syllable or vocalization I go NUTSO so I can just imagine your excitement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
