I now have an entire organic cleaned home...
I made the entire switch over for all cleaning products.
Including laundry detergent, soap, lotion, paper towels, etc.
I took a little while because it is expensive but we did it.
I feel sooo much better and healthier already
Thanks for letting me share

Do you notice a difference - in regards to air quality, allergies, etc.? I mean I know its mostly for the environment, but wondering about the physiological side.
I think that's great!

Re: I now have an entire organic cleaned home...
The only things I have noticed is that I feel healthier just knowing that I am using these products.
Also these products work better then the "bad" products. They don't leave a residue and I bought lavender scent and my entire house smells fantastic.
I just feel better knowing that I am helping make a better environment for Andrew and my family.
As we speak our cleaning people are doing a top to bottom clean of our house with all of these products. I can't wait to go home

Thanks! I use some Method products, but my DH doesn't think they clean well enough. I like the Good for Wood spray & the all purpose cleaner ( in pink grapefruit)
I do notice a difference physicaly. A lot of bathroom cleaners gave me a headache, and if it was a heavy duty cleaning day, sometimes a stomache ache.
I still have to use CLR or Limeaway for my rust stains though.

Re: I now have an entire organic cleaned home...
A study came out that says lavendar scented products can promote breast development in baby boys.
Just an FYI.
Also all the scented laundry detergents - esp. lavendar - are having the same results in our water supplies and male fish are not developing as they should, and are unable to fertilize the female eggs.
So be careful with lavendar!! I love the smell too - but I won't use it on anything that will be washed away...

Re: I now have an entire organic cleaned home...
I just googled it and soy also has hormonal effects on little boys.
But I read that lavender only does if ingested or if prolonged contact ie: lotion, bath oil, soap.
Thank you for the heads up

Sounds like no matter what you use you can be screwed! Maybe the solution is to just not clean! haha!

Re: I now have an entire organic cleaned home...
I'm in the process of starting this too.
I like the Sun and Earth All Purpose cleaner and their dish soap and an going to try their laundry detergent next.
I'd like to get recycled paper towels but I can't believe how expensive they are compared to Bounty, Scott ...

Re: I now have an entire organic cleaned home...
I use almost all organic cleaning products except dishsoap. I can't seem to find one that works as well as Palmolive.
